How to purchase a group subscription

Once you submit payment or upload your purchase order, you will automatically be made the Admin for your group, which means you will distribute your group's subscriptions and manage the group.

Here are instructions on how to purchase a Gimkit group subscription:

You'll need an account to complete your purchase; Sign up for a free Gimkit account (accept the free trial)
Visit our Groups page at

Click the plan you want a quote for and enter your group's name - you'll get a quote instantly

Save the link to your quote (we'll email it to you as well)

Return to your quote page when you're ready to purchase your group
Select whether you'd like to upload a purchase order or pay with a credit card
Follow the steps for the option you selected

Once you've paid with a credit card or uploaded a purchase order, you'll see a success screen with your invoice and access to start managing your group

You're all set! You can visit the settings section of your account and click your group in the left panel to start adding teachers!

Frequent questions

What if I'm not a teacher or Admin and I don't want to be the Admin of the group?

We recommend having the person you want managing your group be the one to complete your purchase. However, if you're in the business office or a bookkeeper and need to make the purchase, you can! You'll have the invoice right away and you can go into the group and use the Admin tab to add any email address with Gimkit account as another Admin.

Are Admins covered by the group subscription automatically?

No - Admins are just Admins, or group managers. Anyone you want to be covered by the group subscription needs to click the invite link for your group or be added manually under the members tab. Anyone you want to cover with your group subscription must have Gimkit accounts before they can join or be added.
