Group managers have access to usage statistics under the Usage Report tab inside their group license.

Use group statistics to identify key usage data to help you understand and support your teachers' use of Gimkit.
Usage reports for group licenses have the following statistics:
Group Usage: The total percentage of members who have hosted a live game
Monthly Usage: The percentage of members who hosted a live game each month
Monthly Usage Frequency: Average live games hosted per active member each month
In the monthly usage and monthly usage frequency charts, hover over any month to view the exact number for that month.

Group license usage reports aren't available for if the group is unpaid (i.e. a PO has been uploaded but a check hasn't yet been processed) or if no one on the license has hosted a game yet. If a group doesn't have any usage data available, a message similar to the below will display in place of the usage report.
