We provide your receipt as soon as a group license credit card purchase is completed.
We also include a link to your receipt in your group confirmation email, which we send to you and anyone you added during the purchase process.
If you don't receive our confirmation email with your receipt within a few minutes of purchasing your group, it could have been blocked or sent to Spam. Make sure gimkit.com and stripe.com are set up as an approved sender in your email system to ensure all of our emails make it to you.
As a group manager, you can view your receipt anytime from inside your group in Gimkit. Here's how:
Access your group from gimkit.com/groups inside your Gimkit account
Select the View Receipt tab.
You'll be taken to your receipt, hosted by our payments partner, Stripe. From that page you can share, save, or print your receipt.
