Import from Pear Deck's Flashcard Factory
Pear Deck's Flashcard Factory was designed to transform the way students engage with vocabulary.
When you play Flashcard Factory students pair up and work together to create dynamic and engaging flashcards. Students collaborate to illustrate and define terms, making learning vocab an active and social experience!
Once you've created a set using Flashcard Factory, you'll have the option to export it to Gimkit, which will allow you to play the Flashcard set you just made with your students inside of Gimkit!
To Export your new Flashcard Factory set into Gimkit, just follow the prompts from inside Flashcard Factory!
First, click the "Export Flashcards" button.
Next, in the "Select an Option" pop up, click "Export Set to Gimkit."
After your set has been Imported into Gimkit, you'll see an option to copy the link or view the new Kit immediately.
Clicking on "Go to Set" will take you from Pear Deck's website to Gimkit's, where you can access the Kit you just made.
All Flashcard Factory sets Imported into Gimkit are public to the Gimkit community and stored under a Pear Deck account.
If you want to play the new Kit you just created from your Flashcard Factory Set, you can click on the "Play" button in the left-hand panel and get going right away.
To save the new Kit to your library and to get reports on it, you'll need to copy the Kit.
