Credit Card Payments for Group Subscriptions

How Does Paying for Group Subscriptions with a Credit Card Work?

Gimkit accepts single Credit Card payments for groups of 3 or more. For individual upgrades, please pay using a Credit Card directly inside of each account you need to upgrade.

Once you have filled out the form below, we'll email a Credit Card invoice (payable online) to your selected billing contact as quickly as possible and deliver your invoice and subscription details for setup once we have received confirmation of payment.

To ensure your Group Subscription can be processed smoothly, please make sure your Group Administrator has a free Gimkit account before submitting this form with their email address. Our Group Subscription management system requires at least one Admin who can add & remove teachers before we can start your subscription.

All teachers covered by your group subscription will need free Gimkit accounts before they can be upgraded by your Admin. Sign up for a free Gimkit account at https://www.gimkit.com/signup/basic.

Vendor Packets and DPAs

We have limited capacity here to review and submit vendor packets and DPAs.

The lead-time on turning around paperwork is 4-6 weeks if we have to review a DPA or complete a full vendor registration form or packet.

Vendor registration forms and packets are easier for us to turn around if you are able to pre-fill any information we've provided on this page. We typically can return pre-filled paper-work in 2 business days. We don't ask and would never expect you to sign or fill-out paperwork with personal company information on our behalf. However, you can save time if you're able to fill-in our publicly available company information (the information provided on this page).

There are some DPAs we may need additional time to review or may have follow-up questions about. In these cases, expect a longer lead-time.

RFPs and Bids

We don't currently have the capacity to submit RFPs or Bids in most cases.
